We had been with rumors and leaks of Android 12 for a few weeks and today Google has made it official through its developer portal.
It is important to make it clear that this is a previous version for development environments, not the final version, which will arrive later. That said, we tell you all the information.
The first thing to know is when we can use Android 12. Developers will be able to use the version to create apps from this week. It is called Developer Preview 1 and it can be installed on compatible mobiles.
After that DP launched in February they will come two development versions more, in the next two months. From May to July we will have the beta versions, which will be four At first. It will be last August, maybe in September, when we have the final version

All of this could change as it happened in 2020, with more previews than initially announced.
Unsurprisingly, Google has prioritized its own models. Perhaps in the beta versions there are more compatible terminals, but for the moment the list is this:
