Samsung is one of the companies that updates the most mobile phones in its catalog in Spain. It may not be a brand that stands out for its speed, but it does have a very positive factor to consider, and that is that they generally update all mobile phones launched this year and the previous one, with a calendar that they also make public by putting an estimated date on each model. One more year, we know the initial list of Samsung devices that they will update.
Samsung publishes its first update schedule
With the arrival of Android 11, Samsung began the development of its One UI 3.0 customization layer, a layer that will receive all mobile phones that update to the latest version of Android. Samsung Egypt has published in the Samsung Members application all the phones that will be updated and their dates.
It is important to consider that although the list is official from Samsung,the listing is from Samsung Egypt. If you miss a model launched during 2020 (so by eye, we miss the Galaxy S10e) it is not because Samsung has decided to abandon it, but because said model is not being marketed in Egypt. In the same way, the dates between Egypt and Spain could vary slightly, with some models being able to advance a month.
Be that as it may, we have contacted Samsung to be able to update the list to the models that are officially updated in Spain and their dates, so stay tuned.
