Samsung presented a couple of weeks ago its first high-end for this year, the Galaxy S21, a range called to be a success in Spain. The manufacturer now leaves us with its new entry-level mobile, the Galaxy A02. This new phone is within the cheapest segment of the brand.

Simple and with great battery
This new Samsung Galaxy A02 has the same design as the A02s, with a 6.5-inch TFT panel, with a notch in the shape of a drop of water. This Infinity-V panel from the firm has an HD + resolution, modest, but which meets within this market segment. The front camera is 5 Mpx.
The 5,000 mAh capacity battery it is the most prominent aspect on this phone. A large capacity, which promises a good autonomy if we take into account the specifications of this brand device. As you’d expect in the more modest range on Android, we don’t have fast charging on this phone. The processor is unknown, it is only mentioned that it has four cores at 1.5 GHz speed.
On the back of the Galaxy A02 we find two cameras, one less than the Galaxy A02s, although they are the same cameras: 13 Mpx main sensor and a 2 Mpx macro sensor. Modest cameras, but that promise to perform well in this case, without too much fanfare.
Price and availability
Samsung has not given data on when we can buy this Galaxy A02 in Spain, nor the price it will have. This device is launched in a unique version of RAM and storage, in blue, gray, black and red colors (Denim Blue, Denim Gray, Denim Black and Denim Red).
Taking into account that the A02s is priced at 150 euros and this new model is somewhat more modest, it would be normal for its price to be below 150 euros, but we wait for more news from Samsung.
