TCL left us with many phones in Spain last year, within its TCL 10 range. This range is already a successor for this new year, with the first two models that the manufacturer has presented at CES 2021. The brand leaves us with two new phones: the TCL 20 5G and TCL 20 SE, which have been presented together with your new tablet.
The TCL 20 5G falls within the mid-range from the manufacturer, betting on 5G connectivity, but with an adjusted price. The TCL 20 SE is within its entry range, as a cheap model, which performs well in this segment. Two models that will arrive in Spain soon.

A mid-range and a low-range
The TCL 20 5G is a model within the mid-range with 5G, thanks to the use of Snapdragon 690, a Qualcomm chip intended for the cheap mid-range. This phone promises good performance, as well as good autonomy, thanks to its 4,500 mAh battery capacity, with support for fast charging of 18W.
In terms of design, they follow market trends, with a 6.67-inch panel with a hole in the upper central part, where the 8 Mpx front camera is located. On the back of the phone we have three cameras: 48 Mpx main sensor, 8 Mpx wide angle and a 2 Mpx macro. This is a fairly common combination in the mid-range, which will do well.
The TCL 20 SE is an entry-level model, with Snapdragon 460 as its processor, a very common chip in this market segment. It comes with a screen with a notch in the shape of a drop of water, which stands out for its enormous size of 6.82 inches. The 5,000 mAh capacity battery is another highlight, which promises great autonomy in this device.
Four cameras await us on the back: 16MP main sensor, 8MP wide-angle, 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. An unusual combination in this segment, but one that promises to deliver well. On the front an 8 Mpx sensor awaits us.
Price and availability
This new TCL 20 5G has already been put on sale in Italy, so it will not take long to go on sale in Spain, although the brand has not given time dates for it. It will go on sale in dark gray and blue colors, in a unique version of RAM and storage, with a price of 299 euros.
The TCL 20 SE will hit the European market at the end of January, with a price of 149 euros. This model is launched in a unique version of RAM and storage, in black and green colors.
