The main advantage of this timer is that we can enter the name of the exercises that we are going to do in each training interval and the app will “sing” them to us when that interval begins. Interval timer

It is a very simple application in appearance, but it allows us something that other apps for high intensity training and Crossfit do not: within the same work interval we can go to the “complex” way, which allows us enter a period of time at low intensity and another at high intensity. This can help us, for example, to add a space of time within the same interval in which we do a simple exercise and then that same exercise with greater intensity.
