HDR reaches the Google camera created for cheap mobiles

Google can be blamed for many things, such as the latest movement we live with Google Photos. Despite this, its efforts to provide the cheapest mobiles with unthinkable photographic capabilities are notorious.

At the end of October we learned that he was preparing an update to the Camera GO application in which he would include HDR. It was the update in which the night mode was activated for these cheaper mobiles.

HDR comes to Google’s Camera GO

The Camera GO application is designed for terminals that use Android GO, which are characterized by having really tight hardware specifications. That is why Google has been slow to implement a function as demanding as HDR on these phones.

Let us remember that, until not long ago, HDR was an exclusive function of the most demanding high-end mobiles.

As you can see in the example that the Android Twitter account has published, the results are much better when we use HDR in the app, although obviously the quality of the camera will affect, so the same result will not be seen on all terminals who use this app.

We do not know which phones will receive the update first, if they will be the Wiko Y61, Wiko Y81 and Nokia 1.3 as it happened in October or if it will be others. If we want to use this app on other mobiles we must install the APK of the update when it is available in repositories such as APKmirror.

The entry The HDR reaches the Google camera created for cheap mobiles appears first in The Free Android.
