In June of this year, OPPO presented the OPPO Reno 4 and 4 Pro in China. In July it did the same with the global models, with the surprise that they were slightly modified models.
Now a new member of this family has been made official, a cheaper model called OPPO Reno 4 SE.

New processor and new design
This Reno 4 SE is the first in the family to use Mediatek’s Dimensity 720 processor. This gives it 5G connectivity, something that is not yet essential but for which manufacturers are betting heavily on 2020.
It has 8GB of RAM and there are two memory variants, 128GB and 256GB. This is striking in a mid-range mobile but OPPO has always offered more storage as standard than its rivals.
The screen is 6.4 inches and has FHD + resolution, OLED technology and a fingerprint sensor under it.
The front camera is 32 Mpx and the rear 48 Mpx for the main sensor, 8 Mpx for the wide angle and 2 Mpx for the macro.
The battery is 4300 mAh and has the very powerful OPPO Super VOOC fast charge that allows a 65W speed. As was logical, it uses Android 10 although the interface that we will see is Color OS 7.1.
Looking at its characteristics it seems that it is an OPPO Find X2 Lite updated, with a somewhat tighter processor but an improved price.
Price and availability
This model has been announced, in principle, for the Chinese market. There it will go on sale on September 25 in three colors (blue, white and black) at a price of 2,499 yuan, about 310 euros to change, for the 8 + 128 GB model and 2799 yuan, about 350 euros to change, for the 8 and 256 GB.
