From 2015 and without fail, Windows 10 has been getting a couple of yearly updates, of greater or lesser importance, but always adding new features and improvements (and one other bug). However, there are many users that or even know.
The reason for this is simple: the system does not notify you of these developments, or the company behind them seems to have much interest in promote them by other means. Luckily, it seems that Microsoft is working on a solution pretty interesting.
While there is an application inside of Windows 10 called “Recommendations“or “Suggestions“that has a news section where are listed many of the features that have been recently added with your last update, is something hidden and also broken. This is what I would change:
Developments within the settings
The Twitter user Albacore has researched in the files of the latest build Insider Windows 10 and it has been found with the novelty of that Microsoft is trying to include in the Configuration a special section for new features each version of the system.
As we can see in the screenshot, is within the Upgrade section and security and looks pretty interesting. With thumbnails, descriptions, tutorials, and links to learn how to take advantage of them.
Something like this would great for future versions, countless times we’ve had to check Windows 10 with a magnifying glass after each update to find us with news that Microsoft is barely mentioned in their ads, or entirely ignored. And, sometimes great things go unnoticed.
