We know, as announced by Microsoft that Windows 11 should arrive at the end of the year, coinciding with the Christmas season. A very imprecise space of time that can also change, since apparently Microsoft plans to advance the release of Windows 11 a few weeks.
Data that comes from different internal documentation. Reports and documents that reveal the interest of the American company to advance the launch of Windows 11, so much so that sign up for late October or early November as possible windows to make it public.
Launching in October
According Windows Latest, there are internal documents in which it is disclosed in Microsoft’s interest to launch Windows 11 release in October 2021 for all those teams that have a compatible hardware.
Heard MS might announce the GA date for Windows 11 in the next week or two. Sign-off on a "final build" expected in mid-Sept. If I were a betting man, I’d wager October 19 is the GA date … guess we’ll see soon enough.

So much so, that some bet on a specific date. It is the case of Zac bowden, from WIndows Central, that bet on your Twitter account on October 19 as the release date of Windows 11, ensuring that this date will be announced by Microsoft within one or two weeks.
From this date, Windows 11 would begin to reach compatible computers And as is usually the case with Microsoft updates, I would do it in a staggered way, so it may take weeks (or months) before it reaches some users (that does not happen with macOS). In fact, a broader rollout is expected in early 2022.
In Microsoft documents, which are cited in Windows Latest, it is further referenced that the company has given hardware manufacturers a deadline, set at the end of September to prepare and ship the drivers to start the Windows 11 release.

Dates that coincide with the Intel announcement and its processors Alder lake, that also confirmed that Windows 11 will be released in October 2021.
