Google DiscoverYou either love it or hate it, but regardless of your opinion, this section of the Google application has found a place in the vast majority of Android launchers. If you would like instead of Discover something else would appear in your launcher, you can do it with Discover Killer.
Discover Killer is a xposed module with which you can replace the Google Discover of the launcher by the view of the day of the Assistant, more similar to the old Google Now, or by any other application. Yes indeed, you will need to have Xposed Framework on mobile, which means having root and possibly Magisk.
If you don’t like Discover, change it

Many Android launchers integrate Google Discover with a gesture, and it is not always possible to modify its behavior. If you have root on the mobile and you don’t want to see Google Discover or in paint, one option at your disposal is DiscoverKiller, a new Xposed Framework module.
DiscoverKiller is open source and compatible with both LSposed and EdXposed, two of the spiritual inheritors of the old original Xposed Framework. Both of them work on Magisk, so you will need to have EdXposed or LSposed as modules in Magisk in order to install DiscoverKiller. The download links are in this XDA thread. Version 1.0 works on older mobiles, while version 2.0 is more modern, with a Material You interface.
After installing the DiscoverKiller APK, EdXposed will warn you that the module is not active. You should therefore open EdXposed, activate the DiscoverKiller module and restart the mobile for the changes to take effect.
When you come back from the restart, open DiscoverKiller and you will have basically two options to replace Google Discover: the screen of Google day view or any application you have installed on your mobile, in which case you can select it from the list.
Close DiscoverKiller, go back to the launcher, and do the gesture that Google Discover opened before. If everything went well, the option you selected will open instead. This Xposed module acts on the Google application instead of the launcher, so should be compatible with most launchers displayed on this screen. Its author assures that it is compatible with Lawnchair, Nova Launcher Y Action Launcher.
Of course, it still has the great downside that you need to have the mobile with root, something not so common today, but it serves as a demonstration once again that with absolute control of the mobile there is nothing that cannot be modified.
