Query, present and save your statement

Once you have downloaded the app official of the Tax Agency, which is free and available for Android 6.0 or higher, the first thing to do is identify yourself. It is true that there is an option to access the app without signing in, but in that case, you are only allowed to access some of the sections and information, but it is not possible to view the draft and submit the statement.

Thus, we proceed to identify and, to this end, we have three methods: a reference number, with the Cl@ve PIN or with a electronic certificate. In our case, we have chosen the Cl@ve PINso that also we have to introduce the ID card and its validity date, in addition to the PIN you receive in the application or by SMS.

If you prefer to do so by using the reference number, you need to enter the reference received in the SMS or letter, or to obtain such a reference after put the figure in a box specific to the statement of the previous year.

Once identified, our session has been initiated, it must return to the start page of the app (house icon) to enter the Income 2019. When you do this, before you get to the draft, it is possible that the application you are asked to correct or confirm some detail, as the tax address.

When you have edited or ratified the data that you are asking for-or, if there is no data pending to fix – you’ll be able to go to the next step to see the result of your draft and modify it or submit it to the Tax Agency.

You will appear on the screen a summary of your statement with the same result, if it is to pay or to return, as well as your name, autonomous community, details of the payment and contributions that you want to dial. From there, you have three options:

If you want to modify the statement, press ‘Modify the declaration (web)’that will open the web version of the virtual office of the AEAT.
Refer to the full draft in PDF format by clicking ‘Preview PDF’.
If everything is correct and you are happy with the result, press ‘Submit statement’.

When you select this last option, the app will ask you to confirm your decision, and, thereupon, the draft of your Statement of the Income 2019 will be presented. Then, they will appear a verification code (CSV)that you will then use to query the status of the processing; in addition, if you click on ‘return filed’ will open a PDF file with your declaration so that you can store in the mobile, print it, or share it with other applications.
