Solidarity is usually opened especially in the toughest moments and the initiatives driven during the pandemic of disease, coronavirus and the confinement required in a good part of the world is proof of this.
If in days past we talked about how we in the social networks thousands of people are offering to resolve medical consultations, give yoga classes or music festivals at a distance, in this occasion we talk about the release to Spain of an ambitious platform that aims to connect volunteers with people who need some type of help. Solidarity in a pure state.
“A community of caring to help those who need it most”
Tracker Volunteersso is the name of this platform, was born out of the hand of the insurance comparator Rastreator with the mission of “put in contact with security people for their physical condition or personal situation in need of help with volunteers from all over Spain”.
Despite the fact that it is not the first project born with the aim of uniting the initiatives of solidarity that have been emerging these weeks in a selfless manner, yes with the backing of a large company behind and its corresponding communication equipment. Which certainly will help to increase their dissemination.
The idea is that both are intended to help those who need assistance can register on the platform and to volunteer or ask privatelywithout exposing any personal data publicly. How? By segmenting geographically the volunteers to only those people who need help, in the vicinity of his home would know that it offers.
In addition to offering services such as go to make the purchase or to walk a pet if the applicant cannot, Tracker of Volunteers enables us to offer another kind of help such as support classes at a distance or, simply, make pet virtual through the phone or via video call.
